Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Tacoma, WA. This is a first shift opportunity with pay up to $29/hour based on experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• Construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction site cleanup and debris removal.
• Stage, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with basic framing and material preparation.
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials according to project requirements.
• Assist with demolition and site preparation activities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the jobsite.
• Prepare work areas for upcoming construction operations.
• Support carpenters, laborers, and other trades as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and PPE requirements.
