Candidates should be dependable and willing to work in physically demanding environments, assisting with diverse construction and general labor tasks. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on assignment and experience.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and tape measures is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors and/or in varying job-site conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and labor duties.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment as directed.
• Measure and mark materials using tape measures.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
• Assist skilled tradespeople and crews as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow job-site safety procedures and instructions.
• Perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
