Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join our growing team. This position involves assisting skilled tradesmen in various phases of construction projects across multiple disciplines. Candidates should be safety-conscious, dependable, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
• Support welding and fabrication projects
• Help with metal building installation and general remodeling tasks
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical assistance under supervision
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Prepare and clean job sites, move materials, and maintain a safe work environment
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications
