Fisher Industries is seeking a General Laborer in Sasabe, AZ to support construction crews on highway and infrastructure projects. This role involves physical labor, site preparation, loading materials, and operating various tools and equipment under supervision.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Willingness to relocate to Sasabe and work in diverse weather is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to relocate to Sasabe, AZ or reside nearby.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in various weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all phases of construction including loading, delivery, digging, and placement of materials.
• Work as part of a safety-focused crew to clear and prepare sites.
• Operate construction equipment as directed and comply with safety policies.
• Load/unload equipment and materials and assist other craft workers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
