Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• S.H.A. certificate part 46 or 48 or willingness to obtain certification.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to work under extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Extended out-of-town travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of construction including loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of materials and equipment.
• Work as part of a safety-focused crew to clear and prepare sites.
• Assist in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by supervisor.
• Operate construction equipment as trained.
• Load and unload equipment (backhoe, steel plates, excavators, loaders).
• Maintain safety by complying with company policies and standards.
