Muza Sheet Metal is seeking a Construction General Laborer / Pre-Apprentice (Shop) in Windsor, WI. No experience required; training and tools are provided, with a clear transition into our Apprenticeship Program.

As a team member you will assist Journeymen and Apprentices in shop and on jobsites, fabricating flashing, panels, and ductwork, and performing daily shop and site maintenance. This full-time role offers growth, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or HSED (required for apprenticeship)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attendance
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Sheet Metal experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting Sheet Metal Journeymen and Apprentices in daily job duties, both in shop and on jobsites.
• Assembling and fabricating flashing, panels, and ductwork.
• Cleaning and daily maintenance of shop and jobsite.
• Daily usage of power tools and hand tools
• Installing exterior sheet metal on new construction builds
• Assist with building maintenance
• Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal
• Assist in shop fabrication process and in the field installations at job sites

We’re hiring a Construction General Laborer / Pre-Apprentice (Shop) to join our expanding team. No experience required. Training and tools are provided.

This position comes with the ability to transition into our long-standing, highly regarded Apprenticeship Program.
