Job summary

RQ Construction is seeking a General Laborer in the Kings Bay, GA area to join our team. You will perform a variety of physical tasks at construction sites, assist other trades, and operate power equipment in a safety-conscious environment.

We offer on-the-job training and prevailing wages on military installations; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match. Pay is $18.00–$25.00 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of field or trade work experience in commercial construction.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Training in forklift/manlift, fall protection, scissor/boom lift, OSHA 10/30, trenching/shoring, confined space, and lockout/tagout preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of physical tasks at construction sites.
• Assist other craft workers and prepare sites, clean debris, and handle non-hazardous waste.
• Operate power construction equipment as required and follow safety protocols.
• Contribute to safety, training, and career development initiatives.
