Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc. in Provo, UT is seeking General Laborers to join our Utah division. You will work on professional construction sites, follow directions from lead personnel, keep the job site clean and safe, and assist with general labor tasks to meet daily production goals.

We require a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience. This is a full-time position with potential overtime and outdoor work in varying weather conditions while complying with safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must work quickly, productively and safely to meet production goals as outlined by the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager.
• Follow direction from the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager with regards to daily production schedule and activities.
• Works in conjunction with Leadman, Foreman, and/or Superintendent to ensure the job-site is safe prior to commencing work.
• Maintain a clean job site; pick up all tools, equipment, and secure job site each day.
• Use equipment and/or an assortment of job tools.
• Perform general laborer work as needed.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
