Job summary

C&M Dredging is hiring Construction General Laborers and Skilled-Trade workers for travel projects across the Southeast, including Florida. Entry and experienced candidates are welcome; positions involve outdoor work, lifting up to 75 lbs, and long work weeks with weekends. Lodging and travel are covered, with daily per diem.

General Labor Dredging and Construction Projects

We seek a motivated self‑starter with a positive attitude to join a growing company and perform labor‑related activities on project sites throughout FL and the Southeast.

• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to complete tasks with and without direct supervision
• Must be open to working out of town for up to 45 days at a time, including some weekends and holidays
• The ability to exert yourself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath
• Equipment operating experience is a plus
