Job summary

C&M Dredging is seeking Construction General Laborers and Skilled-Trade workers throughout the southeast United States. Both entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply as we offer a motivated environment with opportunities for growth.

The role entails performing general labor tasks on various construction projects, maintaining safety, and supporting equipment upkeep. Competitive pay between $18 - $20 hourly is provided along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Must have some background in working outside.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

• Assist with pressure washing, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the job site.
• Report to the job site foreman and superintendent regularly.
• Work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends.

This is a travel job throughout the southeast of the United States. General Labor Dredging and Construction Projects.

We seek a motivated self‑starter with a positive attitude to join a growing company and perform labor‑related activities on project sites throughout FL and the Southeast.

We cover 100% of lodging and travel, with daily per‑diem.

• Undertake additional tasks as needed
• Report to the job site foreman and superintendent regularly
• Work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to complete tasks with and without direct supervision
• Must be open to working out of town for up to 45 days at a time, including some weekends and holidays
• The ability to exert yourself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath
• Equipment operating experience a plus
