Thrasher Group is hiring Construction Team Members to join a field crew tackling waterproofing, foundations and concrete repair. Start as an Installer with comprehensive on‑site training and a clear path to Lead Installer and Team Lead, based on skill and performance.

Starting Pay: $18-$22/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35-$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
