Turner Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Fuel Truck Operator in Martinsburg, WV to support active construction operations. The role involves safely fueling and servicing heavy equipment, maintaining accurate fuel and fluid records, and performing routine preventative maintenance across multiple job sites.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently with experience fueling heavy machinery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 2+ years fueling and servicing heavy equipment experience.
• Safety-focused and able to work independently.
• Experience handling fuels and avoiding spills; familiarity with record keeping.
• DOT pre-trip/post-trip inspection knowledge or ability to obtain.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate daily fueling routes to ensure equipment is fueled before or between shifts.
• Safely fuel heavy equipment, support vehicles, and on-site fuel storage while preventing spills.
• Handle, transport, and dispense diesel fuel, DEF, lubricants, and other fluids per procedures and regs.
• Maintain spill prevention equipment and report any fuel/ fluid releases.
• Support SPCC requirements and environmental compliance at sites.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and field service checks.
