Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a strategic finance leader for the intersection of FP&A and large-scale construction. You will manage CapEx budgets, OpEx, and project forecasts for expansion initiatives across theatre and venue projects.

You will partner with Construction, Real Estate, and Corporate Development to build financial models, track costs, change orders, and draw schedules. The role requires 6+ years of FP&A experience with construction exposure and advanced modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A experience with 3+ years in construction/real estate.
• Strong construction finance fundamentals: project accounting and draw processes.
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency with Hyperion and Oracle.
• Expert-level Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets for CapEx and OpEx.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for Construction.
• Track costs, change orders, contingencies; analyze spend.
• Support draw schedules, cash flow projections, funding.
