The ideal candidate will drive budgeting, scenario analysis, and reporting, boasting 5+ years in FP&A or project finance, CPA, and advanced Excel skills with ERP/FP&A experience (NetSuite/Vena).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or project finance experience in capital-intensive environments.
• CPA designation (or MBA/CFA) is a strong asset.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros; experience with ERP/FP&A platforms such as NetSuite or Vena.
• Proven ability to build financial models and clearly communicate complex data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and open to leveraging AI in finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance lead on large-scale capital projects, building and maintaining financial models for budgeting, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
• Analyze construction cost data, identify trends and variances, and present actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional project teams.
• Oversee project debt activities including compliance, drawdowns, and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage project change control processes and produce clear, timely financial reports and forecasts.
• Partner with business unit teams to drive financial accountability across the project lifecycle.
