The role entails on-site and remote work, reviewing projects, and delivering detailed cost analyses for clients and attorneys.

Responsibilities include cost breakdowns, market trend analysis, and clear reporting. A PE or GC license is required, with proficiency in RS Means and Xactimate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction cost estimation and forensic engineering.
• License as a Professional Engineer (PE) or General Contractor (GC) required.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and evaluations of construction concerns and active or completed projects.
• Review work to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and methods.
• Develop detailed cost breakdowns including labor, materials, equipment, permits, and contingencies.
• Perform on-site investigations, review contracts, and report findings clearly and defensibly.
• Analyze market trends, material prices, and labor rates for accurate estimates.
