At Be Happy Property Services in Anchorage, AK, we create happy spaces and lasting careers. We are hiring a full-time Construction Foreman - Job Site Lead to lead projects and relocate to Alaska, experiencing the beauty of Anchorage.

THE INS AND OUTS OF THE POSITION

• Pay: $35-$48 per hour! Relocation support: We assist with your move to Anchorage.
• Benefits: Flexible scheduling, professional development, and year-round work including snow and ice management during winter.
• Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours, including winter snow and ice management.

Your role: Lead your team daily to ensure project success, managing remodeling, framing, schedules, work orders, and materials. Interpret plans, ensure safety and quality, and maintain communication with clients, team, and project managers. Approach challenges positively and with problem-solving skills.

• Leadership experience as a foreman
• Extensive remodeling and framing experience (residential and commercial)
• Scheduling and work order management experience
• Material acquisition and project management skills
• Willingness to relocate to Anchorage, AK

Preferred:

• AutoCAD experience
