US Fusion & Specialty Construction is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee a small crew in fusing, fabricating, and installing products per company standards. The role emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, and hands-on mechanical work at job sites.

Travel to out-of-town projects is required, with opportunities for career development within the field. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, 2-5 years of experience, and valid driver’s license along with TWIC and OSHA credentials.

• Valid Driver’s License and safety credentials (TWIC – OSHA card) required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise subordinates, fuses, fabricates and installs products per US Fusion standards.
• Lead small crew to complete jobs and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Install liners according to standards and techniques.
• Adhere to safety policies and address infractions.
• Support technician development with supervision and coaching.
• Maintain safety credentials and participate in ongoing training.

General Description:

Supervise subordinates, fuses, fabricates and installs products for assigned jobs.

Essential Functions:

• Fuses, installs, and fabricates all products in accordance with US Fusion standards and procedures
• Responsible for most aspects of small crew supervision to perform necessary work in completion of jobs
• Installs liners in accordance with US Fusion standards and techniques
• Adheres to all applicable safety standards
• Issues corrective action on safety and policy infractions when observed
• Facilitates career development of all Technicians and Sr. Technicians in conjunction with US Fusion management
• Continuous safety training and maintenance of safety credentials

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cross-train with other departments as needed.
• Participates in other duties as assigned by Operations and Construction Managers and Superintendents

Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure:

• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years’ experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid TWIC – OSHA card
