Job Details

• Lead commercial drywall projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee metal stud framing, drywall installation, and finishing processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Train, manage, and mentor foremen and crews for high performance.
• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Implement safety regulations and partner with the safety team for compliance.
• Review blueprints, coordinate schedules, and oversee job site operations.

What You Need

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of drywall, framing, materials, and finishing methods.
• Ability to hire, train, and develop field teams.
• Tech-savvy with experience in scheduling and project tracking software.
• OSHA knowledge and safety-first mindset.
