Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and mission-critical/data center projects in Temple, TX. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership to drive productivity and ensure safety on complex sites.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in foreman roles, strong blueprint-reading abilities, and a proven track record in commercial/industrial construction, including data center environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Crew Supervisor.
• Commercial or industrial construction experience required.
• Mission-critical or data center construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schedules, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Assign daily work activities and communicate project goals.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production.
• Support the Superintendent with scheduling and field operations.
• Track daily progress, productivity, and material needs.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA safety standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout.

Construction Foreman - Commercial & Data Center Construction

Our client is hiring an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and mission-critical/data center construction projects in Temple, Tx.

Specializing in data center interior solutions, our client delivers hot and cold aisle containment, raised access flooring, high-density ceilings, specialty interior systems, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for some of North America's most advanced mission-critical facilities.

This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on field leader who enjoys developing crews, maintaining high safety standards, and driving productivity on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities
