Job summary

Perimeter Solutions Group in Tampa, FL is seeking Fence Installers to join our growing team. Whether you have fencing experience or come from construction, landscaping, roofing, concrete, or general labor, this position offers a path to learn a skilled trade and advance with an established company.

Paid training is provided, full-time year-round work, and opportunities to grow. You’ll install fencing, gates, and perimeter security systems, read a tape measure, use tools, and follow safety

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fence installation, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic construction tools and reading a tape measure.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial fencing, gates, and perimeter security systems.
• Work with chain link, vinyl/PVC, wood, aluminum, and temporary fencing.
• Measure and lay out fence lines according to project specifications.
• Dig post holes, set posts, and install rails, wire, gates, and hardware.
• Use hand tools, power tools, augers, and other construction equipment.
• Load, unload, and safely transport materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
