Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on residential remodeling experience.
• Independently manage kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, materials and codes.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, time-management and leadership.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Coordinate multiple trades and hold subcontractors accountable.
• Portfolio or photographs of completed work.
• Professional references from customers, employers, or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen, bathroom, and general residential remodeling projects from demolition through final completion.
• Plan daily work, identify material and labor needs, and keep projects moving on schedule.
• Coordinate plumbers, electricians, subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and other trades.
• Read plans, specifications, scopes of work, and product installation requirements.
• Perform and supervise carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, trim, painting, and finish work as needed.
• Identify problems early and develop practical, cost-conscious solutions.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and quality control.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide regular progress updates, photos, material needs, and notice of any potential delays or change orders.
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Complete punch-list items and ensure the project is ready for final customer approval.

• Professional references from previous customers, employers, or contractors.
• Basic hand and power tools required to perform the work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone and ability to communicate through calls, text messages, email, and jobsite photos.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and professional conduct.
• Willingness to complete a background check.
