Job summary

Elsdon Group in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on industrial piping, utilities, grading and site development projects. You will supervise daily activities, read plans and ensure work is performed safely and to high standards.

This role offers a stable, long-term opportunity with an established contractor and a company truck provided; salary range $70,000–$100,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Foreman or Lead Foreman or similar field leadership role.
• Experience with industrial piping, utilities, grading or site development.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment and jobsite safety.
• Proven ability to lead and manage field crews.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA knowledge/certification is a plus.

We are working with an established construction company based in Columbia, SC, specializing in industrial piping, underground utilities, grading and large-scale site development.

They are looking to add an experienced Foreman to their team to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising crews and coordinating day-to-day field activities across industrial and utility projects.
