Job Summary/OverviewThe Construction Foreman is a field position supervisor who takes direction and assists the Assistant Superintendent in the management and oversight of construction, maintenance, and repair activities of the community’s structures and limited/common elements. The Foreman provides supervision over any combination of construction technicians, skilled, semi-skilled, and helpers.Schedule:Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMEssential Duties and responsibilitiesThe following statements describe the principal functions of this position and the scope of responsibility, but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
