Job summary

Environmental Allies LLC is seeking four full-time Construction Flaggers for an active project in Sealy, Texas. Immediate openings with onboarding and training completed.

Pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, with health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees, and company-provided flagger training. Responsibilities include directing traffic, setting up and removing control devices, following the Traffic Control Plan, and maintaining clear communication with the team

Qualifications

• Experience in flagging or traffic-control is preferred but not required.
• Current certification preferred; if not, company training will be provided.
• Must be able to stand/walk outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles, pedestrians, and equipment safely through or around the work zone using hand signals, STOP/SLOW paddles, and radios.
• Set up, monitor, maintain, and remove cones, signs, barricades, drums, and other traffic-control devices.
• Follow the Traffic Control Plan and safety procedures; adhere to work-zone safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with motorists, equipment operators, crew members, supervisors, and other flaggers.
• Report unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents, or damaged traffic-control devices promptly.
• Participate in safety briefings and complete assigned job documentation.

Reliable transportation to and from the Sealy jobsite is required.QualificationsPrior flagging, traffic-control, roadway construction, or civil construction experience is preferred but not required.Current flagger certification is preferred.
