Job summary

Environmental Allies LLC in Houston, TX is seeking four full-time Construction Flaggers for an active Sealy project. You will direct traffic and pedestrians safely through work zones and follow approved traffic control plans throughout the shift.

On-site flagger training is provided and full-time employment includes health benefits. Reliable transportation to the Sealy jobsite is required, with strong safety awareness and clear communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• Prior flagging or traffic-control experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles, pedestrians, and construction equipment safely through or around the work zone.
• Set up, monitor, maintain, and remove cones, signs, barricades, and other traffic-control devices.
