Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with controller-level responsibilities.
• Construction industry experience or strong familiarity with construction accounting.
• Proven ability managing high-volume A/P and A/R processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly billing process and AIA billing for construction projects.
• Manage lien waiver tracking and processing.
• Lead month-end close process and perform bank reconciliations.
