Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Controller to own the general ledger, close processes, and reporting across all branches. You will supervise accounting operations, drive internal controls, and partner with operations to protect margins and support growth.

Responsibilities include overseeing month-end close, financial statements, and ERP system improvements, while mentoring a skilled accounting team and coordinating with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years in management.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience with month-end close and financial statements ownership.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with GAAP-compliant financials.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements across branches and lines.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and GL functions.
• Manage cash applications, reconciliations, and daily cash reporting.
• Design and maintain internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs reporting.
• Develop ERP system, drive process automation, and system improvements.
• Lead and mentor accounting team.
