Job summary

Prime Group seeks a Construction Financial Analyst to provide in-depth financial analysis for construction and development projects. You will evaluate performance, ROI, working capital, and investment outcomes throughout the lifecycle.

You will analyze actual results vs forecasts, collaborate with Operations on strategy and contracts, prepare proformas, conduct due diligence, review CAPEX requests, and produce investor and bank reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage 300).
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual construction performance against forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare proformas and conduct financial analyses for projects.
• Review capital expenditure requests for ROI and cash payback.
• Produce investor and bank reports and internal leadership summaries.
