Clean Energy is hiring a finance professional to monitor and manage financial components of engineering and construction projects in Newport Beach, CA. The role requires collaboration across departments and strong analytical skills.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a Finance/Accounting background, and proficiency in Excel with project management software such as D365 Projects and Procore. Competitive benefits accompany a salary of $80,000–$85,000.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business with emphasis in Finance and Accounting.
• 3–5 years of related experience; gas fuel industry a plus.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of how operations affect financial results.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of AX Projects Module or E-Builder a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor all financial components of engineering and construction projects.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, customer invoicing, and project cost reporting across departments.
• Assist accounting with project financial close process.
• Assist project managers with reporting on contracts, work orders, and cost control.
• Perform monthly variance analyses of actuals vs budgets for management and PMs.
• Collaborate with department heads and VP to manage SG&A spending and support corporate directives.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for projects using Power BI and related tools.
• Continuously improve, automate and simplify financial processes to drive better decisions.
