Responsibilities

• Calculate dimensions, square footage, profile and material quantities.
• Draft detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts to specs.
• Analyze site factors and create maps, graphs and tracings.
• Review project plans to determine material requirements.
• Prepare reports documenting project activities.
• Collaborate with project supervisors on plan preparation and testing.
• Inspect sites to ensure conformance to design specs and codes.
• Plan field surveys and locate new project sites.
• Conduct materials testing and analysis with appropriate tools.
• Perform heavy manual labor as needed on job sites.
