Job summary

PCL Construction is seeking a Field Technology Specialist (Construction) in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position involves resolving user-reported problems, delivering technical training, and ensuring optimal operation of server resources and tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience including Co-op/internship or relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs as part of regular job duties.

Responsibilities

• Resolves user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures.
• Delivers technical training and other knowledge resources.
• Logs problems and resolutions in the problem-management database.
• Provides implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.

Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Organizational and time-management skills

Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking standards

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
