Job Summary:

This position involves hands-on work at active construction sites, supporting various phases of commercial and site development projects. Responsibilities include site preparation, material handling, equipment support, and cleanup. The role requires physical stamina, enjoyment of outdoor work, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools for daily operations.
2. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
3. Clear debris, trash, and hazardous materials from the job site.
4. Assemble and disassemble temporary structures, barricades, and scaffolding.
5. Assist contractors and other trades as needed.
6. Support the transport and operation of heavy machinery.
7. Set up traffic signs and help regulate traffic when needed.
8. Follow all health and safety protocols on site.
9. Perform manual labor including digging holes, tunnels, and shafts.
10. Assist with mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
11. Assist in the installation of underground utilities and general earthwork.
12. Maintain clean and organized work sites.

What We're Looking For:

• No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
• Prior experience in construction or similar work is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, walking, and standing for long periods.
• Able to tolerate year-round outdoor weather conditions in Florida.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel for projects and stay overnight as needed (overnight stays are infrequent).
• Self-motivated and dependable.
