Alliance Residential Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for multifamily residential projects in Charlotte, NC. You will lead scheduling, cost control, safety and coordination across trades, ensuring compliance with contract documents and plans.

You will oversee subcontractors, manage field operations, and drive on-time delivery within budget while upholding safety standards and quality workmanship.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three+ years of experience in construction management or a related field preferred.
• Advanced/proficient knowledge of Procore is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and scheduling software.

Aufgaben

• Ensure project is completed on time, within budget and according to plans and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate installation of work per contract documents, schedule, and sequence of work.
• Oversee and decide on performance related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and staffing.
• Assist Superintendent with developing and maintaining the project schedule to achieve safe, quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with project team to develop schedules and sequencing; implement recovery strategies as needed.
• Track milestone dates and manage activities to meet them.
• Oversee work among trades to maintain coordination and efficiency.
• Resolve field issues related to procedures, design clarifications, labor and equipment, and schedule.
