• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and safety procedures.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in coordinating project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate daily operational objectives, timelines and goals.
• Assist in inspections and examinations to verify safety and specifications.
• Read construction documents to determine requirements and procedures.
• Maintain reports such as personnel, production and project logs.
• Ensure project sites are safe and meet quality standards, attending progress meetings as needed.
• Assist in managing workforce and communicate goals and expectations to crews.
