Job summary
Cogent Analytics seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations across Oklahoma City projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating subcontractors and documenting progress. You will manage daily site activities, safety meetings, and field reporting using BuilderTrend or similar, with growth opportunities and a collaborative, family-oriented team culture.
Experience with PEMB, concrete, MEP, and utilities is preferred, and Spanish bilingual ability
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of commercial construction field experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor adherence to scope.
- Lead safety meetings, inspections, and daily huddles.
- Maintain field logs, redlines, photos, and documentation (BuilderTrend or similar).
- Verify layout, elevations, and compliance with construction drawings.
- Enforce site safety, cleanliness, PPE, and access control.
- Track weather delays, deliveries, RFIs, and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, owners, and field staff.
- Manage punch lists and support final inspections.
- Submit daily progress reports to management.
