The role requires supervising and developing field personnel, coordinating handoffs with Project Managers, ordering materials, tracking labor hours, and monitoring profitability and project performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction operations or field management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, evaluate, discipline, and develop field staff.
• Coordinate project handoff, scheduling, staffing, and startup with Project Managers and the Office Manager.
• Order materials, manage purchase orders, and ensure projects are properly staged.
• Monitor daily field operations, productivity, labor hours, and timesheet accuracy.
• Resolve field, personnel, and customer issues and coordinate change orders with Project Managers.
• Serve as the primary field contact for customers, superintendents, and project representatives.
• Monitor job efficiency, estimated versus actual labor hours, and project profitability.
