Job summary

Hensel Phelps in the Washington, DC area offers a construction internship to support Field Engineers and Office Engineers with field and materials management, while you learn the construction process and assess fit for a long and successful career with Hensel Phelps after graduation.

In this program you will assist with subcontractor coordination, RFI development, submittal reviews, layout surveying, daily reports, and participate in quality control and safety planning.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Computer software – Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite.
• Candidates are preferred to be pursuing a 4-year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture or Construction Management.
