AE2S is actively seeking a Construction Services Representative to join our team in Bismarck, ND. The role focuses on construction observation on civil-related AE2S projects, ensuring clear communication between Owner and Engineer, and coordinating with Contractors on document requirements and schedules.

Candidates should have related construction field experience, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to travel with overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• 5+ years of construction experience or engineering-based construction observation and administration experience.
• Related construction field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction observation and administration on AE2S water reservoir, pipeline, pump station, and facility projects.
• Ensure appropriate communication between the Owner and Engineer to keep all parties updated on progress and quality of the project.
• Work with Contractors to ensure project document requirements, process, schedule, and related contractual obligations are understood.
