• Oversee daily construction operations and field activities, ensuring work progresses per schedules and specs.
• Coordinate all superstructure construction activities: concrete placement, steel erection, formwork, framing.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; identify critical path and act to prevent delays.
• Lead daily site meetings with subcontractors, foremen, and stakeholders to review progress and coordinate activities.
• Monitor budgets and costs; track labor, materials, and equipment to meet financial objectives.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material samples for structural components.
