Job summary

Jobot in Eugene, OR is seeking a Construction Field Lead to supervise and coordinate a 2–5 person crew through hardscape and softscape installations. You will read plans, schedule labor, manage equipment and materials, and ensure safety from kickoff through final walkthrough.

Job Details

Lead a field crew of 2–5 team members through hardscape and softscape installations from kickoff through final walkthrough. Read plans and scopes of work, coordinate labor, equipment, and materials, operate construction equipment, enforce safety standards, and communicate progress with project managers and clients. Candidates should have 3–5 years of landscape construction experience, including supervisory or crew-lead responsibility, plus experience with hardscape installation, grading, irrigation, and site plans.
