Job summary

Ferrovial (Webber, a Ferrovial Construction subsidiary) invites applications for a Supervisor: Foreman to lead field crews on major projects in Texas. The role focuses on safe, efficient execution of heavy civil tasks, coordinating daily activities and ensuring quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of construction experience, the ability to supervise multiple crews, and a mindset of teamwork and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Experience: three or more years related construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of manual duties on multiple projects with workers of varied experience.
• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials and work area.
• Digging, spreading and leveling dirt, sand and gravel using a pick, shovel or rake.
• May assist equipment operators in positioning machines, verifying grades and signaling operators to dumping positions to maintain grades as directed.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel and other materials using hand tools.
• Directs common laborers in pouring concrete.
• Erects shoring and bracing.
• Assists in installation of pipe.
• Uses power tools and air tools.
• Installs and maintains erosion control.
• When not performing the above essential duties and responsibilities, may assist in other operations as designated by the supervisor
