Job summary

Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers and superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities on-site.
  • Interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to verify progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Track quantities, materials, and equipment to support project documentation and cost control.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to resolve technical or logistical issues.
  • Prepare and maintain field reports, RFIs, submittals, and as‑built drawings.
  • Support layout and surveying efforts to ensure proper alignment and elevation.
  • Monitor adherence to project schedules and assist in updating progress reports.
  • Promote a culture of safety and enforce company and OSHA safety policies on-site.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).
  • 1–3 years of construction related experience (internships included)
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
