CDM Smith is seeking an Estimator to produce accurate quantity and material take-offs, price submissions, and budgets for projects in the United States. The role requires reviewing drawings, coordinating with vendors, and supporting senior staff in conceptual estimating and model development.

The candidate will contribute to basic estimating deliverables, manage document flow, and maintain cost control while traveling up to 10% of the time.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel 10% or less.
• Ability to review plans, specifications, and instructions for estimate preparation.
• Experience with estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.

• Coordinates flow of documents during estimate preparation.
• Provides administrative logging of estimates.
