Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator with insurance rebuild experience to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for residential insurance reconstruction projects using Xactimate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the necessary materials and labor.
• Utilize Xactimate software for creating accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather data and adjust estimates as needed.
• Review and assess subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
