Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Asbestos Supervisor Certification required at minimum.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with past clients and agencies.
• Pursues bid opportunities and develops business relations.
• Creates bids, walks projects, and assists with pre/post project documentation.
• Provides project management for acquired and assigned projects.
• Attends pre-bid, pre-construction, and progress meetings and gathers project information.
