Find Great People | FGP is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join a growing commercial and industrial construction team. You will blend estimating, account management, and project coordination, serving as the primary contact for customers from initial inquiry through contract award.

This role emphasizes responsiveness, communication, and organization, handling multiple projects and opportunities from existing customers and referrals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Close attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in estimating, project coordination, account management, construction, or a related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Manage customer relationships and follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate pricing, submittals, and project documentation.
• Handle change orders and project-related communications.
• Conduct occasional site visits and project assessments.
• Track opportunities using Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools.
