Job summary

Reconstruction Experts in Dallas is seeking an enthusiastic Estimator to work with project managers and pre-construction teams to deliver accurate repair estimates for occupied-space projects.

You will collaborate closely with clients and the account management team, attend site inspections, review plans, and compile comprehensive scopes of work, ensuring timely and competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of estimating experience is required.
• Procore experience is a key selection criterion.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Attend site inspections and draft scopes of work using Procore & EB.
• Examine blueprints, specs, and documents to understand scope.
• Determine quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subs.
• Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Analyze quotes to ensure market pricing and select best options.
• Identify potential site hazards during inspections.
• Ensure work meets SLA standards and translates estimates into revenue.
• Liaise with accounts to explain estimates and scopes to clients.
• Attend client pitches to convert estimates to revenue.
• Build and maintain local subcontractor/supplier lists.
• Own projects from start to finish and communicate progress.
