Job summary

Atlantic Group in Eddystone, PA is seeking a Construction Estimator to join a dynamic, learning-focused team. The role involves reading design plans, calculating quantities for reinforcing steel and accessories, and preparing detailed customer quotes.

You will work closely with the sales and detailing departments to manage project design details, communicate with customers, and ensure estimates are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with industry software aSa & Shear 97 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read design plans and specifications provided by the customer.
• Provide accurate quantitative summaries of reinforcing steel, wire mesh, or bar support accessories.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare detailed quotes for customers.
• Coordinate with sales and detailing departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regularly communicate with customers as needed.
• Identify, address, and document changes in the project to ensure accurate results.
• Create estimates accurately and within deadlines.
