Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years estimating commercial/industrial construction projects, including hard-bid, design-build, and conceptual estimating.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for potential projects using hard-bid, design-build and conceptual estimating.
• Read and understand contract documents and price quantities.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers and clarify pricing.
