Moceri Companies, a family-owned real estate developer and master planner, seeks an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in southeast Michigan. You will analyze drawings, obtain bids, and maintain pricing databases to keep projects on budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities include preparing budgets, evaluating offers, and communicating findings to project teams to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient custom homes and multifamily developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of estimating experience in custom home or multifamily construction.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and cost data to control construction costs.
• Prepare budgets by reviewing drawings and updating specifications.
• Obtain bids from subcontractors and vendors, negotiating pricing.
• Maintain cost keys and price masters; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and track cost trends.
